That’s why we were so excited when we found out about Mood’s new Rapid Onset THC Gummies. They can take effect in as little as 5 minutes without the need for a lighter, lingering smells or any coughing.

Nobody will ever know you’re enjoying some THC.

We recommend you try them out because they offer a 100% money-back guarantee. And for a limited time, you can receive 20% off with code FIRST20.

The Hypervisualized Insight

Ever felt like your life is spinning out of control?

Today’s newsletter issue is about simple ‘Pie of Life’ exercise to help you visualize and prioritize the different areas of your life.

By understanding your current balance and identifying areas that need attention, you can create a more fulfilling life.

Join us as in this action packed issue on how to build and maintain your own Pie of Life, taking the first step towards a more balanced and fulfilling life.

What is the Pie of Life?

The Pie of Life is a self-assessment tool that helps you evaluate your overall satisfaction in various life areas.

It consists of a pie chart divided into ten segments, each representing a different category such as health, relationships, career, finances, hobbies, spirituality, and community.

By rating your fulfilment in each segment, you can identify areas that need more attention and develop strategies to achieve a more balanced and fulfilling life.

What Areas does the Pie of Life focus on?

The Pie of Life focuses on the following categories:

1. Finances
2. health & wellbeing
3. fitness
4. family
5. friends
6. relationships
7. career
8. work
9. fun
10. adventure.

Having said that, we’ve all got different aspects of life that are important to us. And that means this exercise will look a little different for everyone.

However, the specific categories can vary depending on individual priorities. I am sharing my life-pie below inside the visual below.(as an example)

4 Questions you can ask to review your Pie of Life:

01. What are my observations after creating my Pie of Life?

02. What ares are my current priorities in my life?

03. What areas do I want to be priorities in my life?

04. What actions can I take to achieve this?

The Hyper-impactful Takeaway

Steps to Create Your Pie of Life

  1. Identify Key Areas:

    • Common categories include:

      • Health: Physical, mental, and emotional well-being

      • Relationships: Family, friends, romantic partners

      • Career: Work, education, professional goals

      • Finances: Income, savings, spending

      • Hobbies: Interests, passions, leisure activities

      • Spirituality: Beliefs, values, purpose

      • Community: Involvement, social contributions

    • Customize: Feel free to add or remove categories based on your unique priorities.

  2. Draw a Circle:

    • On a piece of paper, draw a large circle. This represents your entire life.

  3. Divide the Circle:

    • Use a ruler or compass to divide the circle into segments, each representing a different area of your life. The size of each segment should reflect the relative importance of that area to you.

  4. Label the Segments:

    • Write the name of each category in its corresponding segment.

  5. Evaluate Your Current Situation:

    • Reflect on how much time and energy you currently devote to each area.

    • Consider whether you're satisfied with the balance or if there are areas that need more attention.

  6. Make Adjustments:

    • If you're not happy with the distribution of your time and energy, brainstorm ways to reallocate resources.

    • Set specific goals or action steps to address any imbalances.
